What hiring a pro organiser looks like:
Once you've made contact with me via the website form, email, Whatsapp or on the phone I will get back to you within 48 hours and arrange a time for an introductory call.
The aim of the introductory call is simply to discuss your project in detail and for me to answer any questions you may have. This call is free and there is no pressure to make a booking.
If you decide that you would like to book with the Organised Tribe, then we will arrange a date/ dates that are mutually agreeable and there is a £50 deposit to confirm your booking.

What does the process look like?
Payment
A down payment of £50 is required to secure your booking, and this will be deducted from the total cost of the session.
The remaining payment is due on completion and due within 3 working days from the date of the invoice.
Cancellation
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged their down payment.
A rescheduled session must be booked within 2 months of the original session date.
Where a session has already been rescheduled once, you will not be eligible for a refund should this need to be rescheduled again.
Insurance
The Organised Tribe holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance
I will treat your home and possessions with the utmost care and respect, however in the case of any loss or damage to your possessions I cannot be held responsible.
Travel
I will either drive or use public transport to travel to your location. When driving to you, if there are local parking restrictions then I will require you to provide access to parking e.g. visitors parking permit. I do not charge for travel.
